By using TapAI (or 'App'), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. You must be 13 years or older or have parental permission to use TapAI.
2. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide to TapAI. Any information provided by TapAI is intended for informational purposes only and should not be taken as professional advice.
3. TapAI reserves the right to terminate its service to any user who violates these terms and conditions.
4. TapAI may collect and use general data and information related to your use of the service. This data may be used for research and analytics purposes only and will not be shared with any third party except Open AI platform and Google.
5. TapAI will not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
6. TapAI may periodically update or modify these terms and conditions. By continuing to use the service after any updates, you agree to the revised terms and conditions.
7. We back up content created on the App via Google Firebase (see https://firebase.google.com/). Use of Google Firebase is subject to their applicable terms and conditions in force from time to time, including those terms available at https://firebase.google.com/terms/. You consent to your data being backed up to Google Firebase.
8. We use Open AI software for some of our mobile functionalities. By using the TapAI app, you agree to the following terms of Open AI:
- The Open AI platform is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind. The platform is intended for research purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- The Open AI platform is not a licensed medical device or software, and should not be used to diagnose or treat medical conditions. The results generated by the platform are for informational purposes only, and should not be relied upon to make medical decisions.
- You acknowledge that the Open AI platform is not designed or intended for use in emergency situations or in situations where the failure of the platform could lead to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage.
- You agree to use the Open AI platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to those related to data privacy and security.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Open AI platform and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from or related to your use of the App and Open AI platform.
